Appointments are scheduled in advance and have a time limit. Please call our friendly receptionist staff on 02 9929 5351 to make an appointment. All appointments are confirmed by text 4 days prior to the appointment time. If you give less than 24 hours notice of cancelling your appointment a cancellation fee may apply. The fee is not rebatable by medicare. Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. In addition to the list above make sure that you have the following blood tests available prior to your appointment with Dr R Llewellyn-Jones, Dr Mulholland or Dr Nagendra. Current blood test results (ie from within the last month) including ALL of the following: full blood count, differential, ESR, CRP, biochemistry, liver function, thyroid function, fasting lipids/HDL, fasting glucose, B12, folate. Women should also bring a recent MSU result. GP to please provide a list of the patient’s current and past psychiatric and physical health problems. GP also to provide any reports from previous treating specialists in the last 12 months.
