Dr Rosalind Mulholland

 Rosalind Mulholland

Ros is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and a member of the Faculty of Old Age Psychiatry, FRANZCP.

She has worked a psychiatrist for older people in the NSW public health system NSW since 2009, within the South East Sydney Local Hospital Network and the Northern Sydney Local Hospital Network.

Ros completed most of her psychiatry training in London. She obtained Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists UK (MRCPsych) in 2001 and then completed higher training in older adult, liaison and general adult psychiatry in 2007. As a part of her advanced training, she spent a year in a joint Clinical/Honorary Research Fellow post with Imperial College, London and obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Psychiatry, awarded with distinction. Her Masters research project investigated psychosocial factors associated with adherence to treatment in chronic illness.

She is particularly interested in psychiatry for older people, psychiatry for people with physical health problems and cognitive behaviour therapy.
